What's For Dinner?

My favorite food is Chicken Divan, and you can find lots of different recipes for it right here:

This was a confusing exercise for me. I like being able to search all my favorite recipe sites at once. But I honestly can't picture myself using this tool a lot.

Laura: Help I don't think I did the Rollyo task correctly. I know I have an account and a profile comes up. But, I have no link. When you click on your link, the way you have yours set up, does not appear anywhere like that for me. When I sign in it just has the searchbox (no title above it), than my title appears under the searchbox with a bullet next to it. Where did I go wrong. What am I missing. HELP! Thanks Kara

Kara, OMG can I tell you how much time I spent saying creative things to the computer screen while I did this exercise????? I am trying to trace my footsteps so I can tell you what you need to do. I hope it works.

First, make sure your searchroll is public. The box must be checked on the screen where you create and edit your searchroll.

Next, click on Tools. Then click on "Send or Directly Link to a Searchroll". If you are signed in, then a list of your searchrolls will appear.

Click on "link" next to the name of your searchroll. You will be taken to a "homepage" of your searchroll. The address of this page is what you need.

So, create a new post in your blog, cut and paste the address of your searchroll "homepage" into your post, and you're in business!

I ended up with the searchbox you were referring to about a dozen times before I found the right links. The directions should definitely be clearer on the Rollyo site.
